Innovations and Technologies to Better Characterize Organics

Due to their low cost and high volumes, non-food biomass resources represent an attractive option to meet the U.S. Department of Energy’s Bioenergy Technologies Office’s goals of developing technologies for producing cost-competitive advanced biofuels.

In Waste Today Magazine, Chris Lund (GBB Senior Vice President) and Brad Kelley (GBB Senior Project Engineer) describe the current knowledge gap behind the lack of implementation of measures, programs and technologies to fully use that valuable feedstock.
