GBB developed a waste conversion technologies update to Deschutes County, OR, as a complement to the solid waste management plan previously prepared, which provided a roadmap for moving forward with actions to improve the solid waste management system over the next 20 years. The technology update focused on facilities and technologies that entered into commercial operation since the Plan’s publication or those that otherwise made notable progress toward commercial operation.
