Community Engagement (Calaveras County, California)

GBB led a community engagement initiative by conducting a survey to determine whether the County and its solid waste management vendors were providing satisfactory hauling and services to residents. As part of the assignment, a custom online survey was developed and deployed, results were analyzed, outreach messages were recommended, and promotional material was developed.
