As part of a comprehensive review of the integrated solid waste management system, the GBB Project Team was also tasked with researching and identifying potential funding sources (including loans and tax credits) for County programs, with a particular focus on the numerous relevant opportunities under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). For County project(s) suited for funding opportunities, GBB was tasked with outlining the goals, objectives, and basic principles necessary to complete the grant proposal and to identify and finalize partnership agreements for it. This task will also aim to generate the text and content to complete the grant proposal. Deliverables of the efforts include:
