Technical Support and Expert Witness Testimony – Landfill Cover Integrity and Erosion (Seneca County General Health District, OH)

GBB provided technical support and expert witness testimony related to cover integrity and erosion at a landfill regulated by the Seneca County General Health District. Expert testimony was provided before the Ohio Environmental Regulatory Appeals Commission and for a federal lawsuit against the landfill owner/operator. GBB also reviewed other Expert Witness reports and testimony to assist legal counsel in case preparation.
