Support for Lawsuits – Financial Modeling and Contracting (Confidential Client)

After a city sued a private-sector solid waste management contractor regarding rates, and the contractor counter-sued for non-payment of services, GBB was tasked with providing support for both lawsuits. GBB reviewed documents and provided applicable information regarding the development and submission of financial modeling for rate determination.
