GBB was retained by the City of Dallas, TX, to provide third-party mediation services in a contractual dispute between the City, as Lessor, and a private-sector firm regarding the lease to develop landfill gas at the City-owned Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. As a mediator, GBB performed the following services:

• Reviewed certain claim-related documents;
• Researched information relevant to the claim;
• Reviewed and provided verbal comments to both parties;
• Conducted site visits to the Landfill; and
• Conducted mediation services and support throughout the period following dispute resolution to monitor agreement follow-through.
