Review of Solid Waste Management System

Calaveras County, located in California’s Gold Country and High Sierra regions, selected GBB to evaluate and assess the operating structure, quality of service, cost, and efficiency of its solid waste management system, and to provide recommendations and implementation strategies for system improvements based on industry best practices. Fee Study

As part of the Capital Structure analysis, the GBB Project Team conducted a Fee Study to evaluate current fee structures relative to their ability to support current and future services and to achieve the County’s program management goals with respect to service to the community.
