GBB evaluated two existing transfer stations and a C&D landfill which were acquisition candidates for a start-up waste service company. GBB provided environmental and operational assessment; site audits; waste supply; service area and competition analysis; review of economic proforma; and permit needs assessment. GBB prepared a comprehensive due diligence report which was used by the client in negotiating for the purchase of the transfer stations.
