Ms. Caldwell, MBA, S.C., is a senior solid waste management professional who has spearheaded initiatives for regional development and environmental and fiscal sustainability, leveraging over 25 years of experience both as a consultant and in the public sector. With a visionary approach, she has adeptly navigated legislative landscapes and pioneered disaster management strategies, while fostering community and economic advancement. Her leadership extends beyond the office, influencing industry standards through innovative training tools and strategic partnerships, setting a new benchmark for environmental stewardship, operational, and fiscal excellence. Before becoming a consultant, in 2020, she was a solid waste planning manager for nearly 3 years for the Greater Nashville Regional Council; and had key leadership roles for the Sanitation and Environmental Services department of the City of Franklin, TN, for 19 years. She was also the Executive Director of the Tennessee Recycling Coalition for over a year.
