Financial Viability / Alternatives for C&D Landfill (Orange County, North Carolina)

GBB, as a subcontractor to Draper Aden Associates, evaluated the financials of Orange County’s C&D Landfill and offered alternatives to improve the long-term viability of C&D management in the County. A waste flow map was created, and C&D haulers were interviewed in preparation for a report outlining the current situation and several alternatives for the County to consider.
