With a landfill agreement set to expire shortly, the County prepared a Request for Proposals for a new agreement and selected GBB to review and advise on the agreement and procurement. As subject matter experts, members of the GBB Project Team:

• Reviewed Anderson County’s prior contracts.
• Reviewed the current procurement documents and provided suggestions for advertising the RFP to attract desired respondents.
• Provided recommended materials to help guide the County for the next 10-20 years.
