Transfer and Disposal Procurement for Three Transfer Stations (Baltimore County, Maryland / Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority)

GBB was tasked with managing the procurement process for Transfer and Disposal Services at each of the three County-owned MSW Transfer Stations. Tasks included:

  • Conducting field visits to the three transfer stations to gather information about operations
  • Developing the RFP document and evaluation criteria
  • Developing the transfer agreement
  • Developing the Disposal agreement
  • Assisting in identifying potential proposers
  • Conduction pre-proposal conference meeting
  • Evaluating proposals
