As the confidential continuing care retirement community undertook a 300% multi-phased increase in facility capacity and operations, it selected GBB to serve as a strategic partner, providing data-driven recommendations and practical designs and operational plans that reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, promote safety, and increase waste diversion, now and in the future.

The GBB Project Team assessed the waste management system’s capacity and developed a comprehensive, forward-looking, integrated waste management plan that can be implemented seamlessly across the new assisted living, cottage, apartment, and clubhouse developments.
