Mr. Lund, P.E., has over 30 years of experience that include 9 years in the public-sector with the Guam Environmental Protection Agency (GEPA) and the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, in addition to his consulting engineer background.

His solid waste management experience includes multiple projects from both the regulated and regulatory sides, ranging from field investigations (design, environmental, operations, fire, groundwater, surface water) and planning to final design, permitting, procurement, construction management, and operations. Other areas of expertise include life-cycle cost feasibility studies, siting studies, planning, design (solid waste, civil, environmental, geotechnical), and permitting. He has worked in Virginia, Maryland, California, Nevada, Louisiana, Utah, Texas, Caribbean Islands, Western Pacific Islands, and Guam on solid waste management projects. As a GBB officer, he provides senior level project management, quality control and development/review to improve deliverables, and project execution across a range services offered by the firm.
