Full Cost Management
GBB conducts full-cost management analyses, providing accurate cost data that assist the private and public sectors in better managing their solid waste and recycling assets, establishing rates and charges for full cost recovery, and satisfying reporting requirements to their jurisdictions. GBB has also developed workbooks and training courses that simplify the process of identifying direct and indirect costs, including “hidden costs,” and revenues, and properly allocating them to activities within their solid waste management and recycling system.
