District Energy Systems

Founded in 1980 as a solid waste management consulting firm, GBB has broadened its scope to include administration of district energy systems projects. This resulted from a natural progression of projects, from solid waste to waste-to-energy to district energy. Energy from waste projects are among the more complex public service projects to implement. GBB has been involved with over 200 waste-to-energy projects. These skills are directly transferable to planning, implementing and administering district energy projects.
