Matt Clark, P.E.

Engineering management, project management, design, construction support and start-up monitoring for energy-from-waste, solid waste and power and energy projects.
Mr. Clark has over 30 years of experience in the power and energy arena starting as a boilermaker helper and culminating in his current consulting role with GBB. Previously, he was Vice President of RRC Power and Energy, responsible for the development of the Energy Facilities Group, and Vice President and Professional Associate at HDR Engineering, a top-20 engineering design and consulting firm where he was employed for 20 years. At his most recent position at HDR, Regional Power and Energy Program Manager, he was part of a national team that was responsible for strategic planning and client/business development. As a successful project manager, Mr. Clark implemented several large and key projects. He has also authored or co-authored seven technical publications presented at various conferences; topics include emissions control, resource recovery and cogeneration.
